Cancer development is complicated, it invloves a series of gene expression change. As demonstrated in several reports, HP1γ is upregulated in some types of cancer, and it is essential for cancer development.We want to further clarify HP1γ function in bladder cancer. We used microarrays to determine the gene expression profile in bladder cancer cell line T24 with depletion of HP1γ. We knocked down HP1γ expression by shRNA in bladder cancer cell line T24 and named this cell line as sh1 T24. Meanwhile, control T24 cell line is named as shCTL T24. Replicate RNA are obtained from shCTL and sh1 T24, respectively, named shCTL-1, shCTL -2, sh1-1, sh1-2.
