Shokki-Simulaatioiden asetukset, syöttö- ja nopeustilastot

The files in this archive are simulation input, config and performance measurement output files for the shock runs of the publication "Enabling technology for global 3D+3V hybrid-Vlasov simulations of near Earth space". They can be run using the Vlasiator simulation code, which is open source (Licensed under GPL-2) and available at https://github.com/fmihpc/vlasiator For the publication, they were run with version 5.2.1 of Vlasiator (git commit 606b08aaa3314b027632cea51b4a9aafc9b3e34b). The resulting performance numbers in the publication were obtained from the simulation output files (logfile.txt in each run directory contains a summary of the run performance at the bottom). For a more thorough breakdown of the simulations runtime profile, detailed statistics files of the simulation are provided in the form of phiprof output files.
