The SRA of Muscle Tissue in Litopenaeus vannamei after Buprofezin Exposure

In this study, muscle tissues from Litopenaeus vannamei subjected to buprofezin exposure were collected for transcriptomic sequencing analysis. The research aims to investigate Buprofezin-induced molecular dysfunctions in muscular tissue and further elucidate how such dysregulation mediates alterations in exoskeletal mechanical properties (e.g., hardness, elastic modulus) through muscle-exoskeleton regulatory pathways, thereby identifying core molecular drivers of exoskeletal biomechanical degradation.
