Deciphering hematopoiesis following ex-vivo gene therapy using Bayesian inference

We present lineaGT, a new Bayesian framework to perform longitudinal and multi-lineage inference from gene-therapy samples, integrating integration sites and somatic mutations. lineaGT is available as an R package (https://github.com/caravagnalab/lineaGT). Here we release the data and code to reproduce the analyses on synthetic and real datasets presented in the preprint, in the "scripts.tar.gz" and "data.tar.gz", respectively.
