Financing from the German Research Foundation (DFG) project number GRT 2260, BIOQIC is acknowledged
Copyright 2020 Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB)
If used in accordance with the supplied licence please cite the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) 10.5281/zenodo.3647967
The dataset contains 1 file: ResPhantom_CV_nav_GRPE_itl_ismrmrd.h5
It contains 3D MR golden-angle radial phase encoding [parallel cartesian readouts with phase encoding points assembled on a non-uniform grid] acquisition data of a standard ACR resolution phantom. The dataset was acquired on a Siemens scanner and converted into ISMRMRD format using a converter ( https://github.com/ismrmrd/siemens_to_ismrmrd ).
Dataset name: PTB GRPE Resolution Phantom 3D
File format: ISMRMRD (ISMRM Raw Data, http://ismrmrd.github.io/)
File extension: .h5 Image/KSpace Data Dimension = 3D Imaging Modality: MRI
Institution: Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt
Scanner: SIEMENS Verio 3T Selection of Parameters: FOV: 512x256x256 mm**3
Resolution: (2.0 x 2.0 x 2.0) mm**3
Magnetic field strength 2.89 T
Sequence Type: Gradient Echo (FLASH)
TR = 4.35 ms
TE = 1.95 ms
Flip angle = 12.0 degree The data reconstruction is possible based solely on the metadata contained in the dataset header. The trajectory information of the readout distribution in the phase encoding plane is stored in the appropriate ISMRMRD Acquisition data structure and data can be reconstructed using a non-uniform fast fourier transform. As sampling in the readout direction is performed cartesian the x-coordinate of the trajectory contains zeros as placeholders, reconstruction in this dimension can be performed using the fast fourier transform and does not require trajectory information.
