Chromatin state of mTEClo/int in the RipmOVAxOTII mTEC/Tcell crosstalk mouse model

mTEC/Tcell crosstalk drives epigenetic programs conditioning immunological tolerance Overall design: Nano-ChIP-seq on H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 was performed as previously described (Adli and Bernstein, 2011) on 5*10^4 purified mTEClo/int (EpCAM+ UEA-1+ Ly51lo CD80lo/int) from individual WT, RipmOVAxOTII and OTII mice. ChIP-seq libraries were prepared with the TruSeq ChIP Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina) and 2x75-bp paired-end reads were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 machine.
