Sedimentary constraints on pelagic iron removal in the oligotrophic low-latitude Pacific

This dataset includes Fe speciation, reactive Fe (Feox1 and FeHCl), Fe isotopic compositions (δ56Fe), and U–Th isotope data for sediment samples collected from the low-latitude Pacific Ocean. The samples represent core-top sediments spanning different depositional environments influenced by varying external Fe sources, including aeolian dust, hydrothermal inputs, and continental margin sources. These data support the interpretation of Fe cycling, source contributions, and removal processes in the open ocean and are associated with the manuscript entitled "[Sedimentary constraints on pelagic iron removal in the oligotrophic low-latitude Pacific]".
