Radopholus similis Genome sequencing and assembly

Radopholus similis were collected from two locations in Costa Rica. The first sample was collected from plantain roots in La Virgen, Sarapiquí (Rv) and the second, from bananas in Río Frío, Horquetas, Sarapiquí (Rd). DNA isolated and sequenced using Illumina HiSeq technology. Two genome assemblies were then completed for each population and annotated.
