水资源“农转非”是指水资源利用方向的变更,主要表现为由农业和农村用水向工业和城镇用水转移,即由农业灌溉用水向非农用水的转换。作者选取了中国31个省(区、市)(未包括港澳台)9个因素,包括产业结构变化(X1)、GDP(X2)、人口规模(X3)、城镇化发展(X4)、生态环境改善(X5)、水资源利用比较收益(X6)、有效灌溉率(X7)、农业节灌率(X8)和人均水资源量(X9)的2003-2010年间统计数据,运用岭回归分析法分析中国省级水资源农转非变化,得到这些驱动因子对中国省级水资源“农转非”影响效应评价数据集。该数据集包括:(1)中国省级水资源9个影响因子2003-2010年间统计数据;(2)全国水资源农转非影响因子回归系数数据;(3);不同缺水地区农转非影响因子回归系数数据;(4)水资源农转非影响评价数据。本数据集以.xlsx格式存储,数据量为104KB。本数据集的分析研究成果发表在《自然资源学报》2015年第30卷第1期。
Water resource 'agricultural-to-nonagricultural conversion' refers to the change in the direction of water resource utilization, mainly manifested as the shift of water use from agricultural and rural sectors to industrial and urban sectors, i.e., the conversion from agricultural irrigation water to non-agricultural water use. The authors collected statistical data from 2003 to 2010 for 9 influencing factors across 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). The 9 factors include: changes in industrial structure (X1), GDP (X2), population size (X3), urbanization development (X4), ecological environment improvement (X5), comparative benefit of water resource utilization (X6), effective irrigation rate (X7), agricultural water-saving irrigation rate (X8), and per capita water resource quantity (X9). Using ridge regression analysis to examine the changes in provincial agricultural-to-nonagricultural water conversion in China, the authors developed a dataset for evaluating the impact effects of these driving factors on provincial water resource agricultural-to-nonagricultural conversion in China. This dataset includes: (1) Statistical data of the 9 influencing factors for China's provinces from 2003 to 2010; (2) Regression coefficient data of influencing factors for national agricultural-to-nonagricultural water conversion; (3) Regression coefficient data of influencing factors for agricultural-to-nonagricultural water conversion in different water shortage regions; (4) Water resource agricultural-to-nonagricultural conversion impact assessment data. This dataset is stored in .xlsx format, with a total size of 104 KB. The analytical and research findings of this dataset were published in *Journal of Natural Resources*, Volume 30, Issue 1, 2015.
