metaseq supplemental data

Supplementary data for the metaseq manuscript in Nucleic Acids Research (doi: 10.1093/nar/gku644, or http://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gku644). Due to size restrictions of individual files on figshare, this dataset has been split into many pieces. Use the download-metaseq-supplemental.py script found at http://files.figshare.com/1581826/download_metaseq_supplemental.py to download and unpack all data and source code into the correct directory structure to your local directory, and then see the README file in that directory.
