Data are odds ratios (95% confidence interval). Participants without low-grade albuminuria or increased urinary albumin excretion are defined as 0 and with low-grade albuminuria or increased urinary albumin excretion as 1. Model 1 is unadjusted. Model 2 is adjusted for age, sex and BMI. Model 3 is adjusted for age, sex, BMI, current smoking and drinking status, SBP, TG, LDL-C, HOMA-IR, eGFR and physical activity.
