Data is available by request related to National Indian Health and Patient Information among Indians. Background The National Data warehouse is the mechanism for reporting, storing, and gathering data for the Indian Health System. The National Data Warehouse is maintained by the Indian Health System and includes reports, raw data, and patient information. User functionality The National Data Warehouse also houses the National Patient Information Reporting System which serves as a complete historical repository of patients registration and encounter information dati ng back to October 2000 among Indian Health Service users. Users must request for direct or indirect access of the data. Data requests can be made through email at [e-mail]. Data Notes Patient data is available from October 2000. Reports and other data may be be available from previous years.
