MtDNA capture-enriched sequence data from human primary liver lobes

Sequencing data were generated for each one blood and two liver samples, one from each primary liver lobe, of 83 Europeans, sampled at autopsy. The extracted DNA of each sample was converted into double-barcoded Illumina libraries and capture-enriched for human mitochondrial DNA. After Illumina sequencing, the adapter sequences were trimmed and the sequencing data were de-multiplexed. This release contains all sequences assigned to each sample without prior alignment.
