Escherichia coli strain:MRI1 Raw sequence reads

This project aims to sequence and analyze the whole genomes of bacterial isolates to identify genomic diversity, virulence factors, and antimicrobial resistance determinants. The obtained data will contribute to comparative genomics and may support epidemiological tracking and surveillance. The results will expand the available genomic resources and facilitate a better understanding of strain evolution and adaptation.
