Leptodermis oblonga RNA-seq Raw sequence reads. Leptodermis oblonga

Using Illumina sequencing technologies, we sequenced cDNA of L. oblonga for genome annotation. RNA was collected from three different L. oblonga tissues including stems, roots and leaf blades. Total RNA of L. oblonga was extracted from fresh tissues using Tiangen DP441 Pure RNA Plant kit (TIANGEN Biotech, Beijing, China, Co., Ltd.). The 150 bp paired-end cDNA library was prepared as above shotgun Illumina sequencing but with an insert length of 300 bp. As a result, we obtained about 8 Gb transcriptome data.
