Jinjimiyou and Huangjinmiyou Raw sequence reads. Citrus maxima

'Huangjinmiyou' is breeding from 'Guanximiyou', an ancient cultivar in Fujian Province in China. Recently, an red-pericarp mutation ('Jinjimiyou' ) was found in 'Huangjinmiyou'. The aim of this study is to find is there any differences in transcriptome in ripening sarcocarp between 'Huangjinmiyou' and 'Jinjimiyou' . The experimental materials are the ripening sarcocarp of 'Huangjinmiyou' and 'Jinjimiyou', with 3 biological replicates. 6 samples were used for RNA-seq, 42.03Gb clean data was obtained, Q30 is up to or more than 92.09%.
