Data underlying the publication: 2D human pose tracking in the cardiac catheterisation laboratory with BYTE

Two cameras were hung in the cardiac catheterisation laboratory of the Reinier de Graaf hospital in Delft, NL.200 real coronary angiograms were recorded from a distance using these cameras for workflow analysis.As a first step in workflow analysis, we extracted human pose data from these images.Human poses were extracted per viewpoint using AlphaPose.Poses were tracked and refined using PoseBYTE.

两台摄像头悬挂于荷兰代尔夫特市的莱尼尔·德·格拉夫医院（Reinier de Graaf Hospital）心导管实验室中。本研究借助该摄像头远程录制了200幅真实冠状动脉造影图像（coronary angiograms），用于工作流分析。作为工作流分析的首个步骤，我们从上述图像中提取人体姿态数据：针对每个视角，通过AlphaPose提取人体姿态，随后使用PoseBYTE对姿态进行跟踪与优化。
