Metabarcoding Dataset - Bee Hotels

Dataset accompanying manuscript: 

DNA Metabarcoding identifies urban adaptation of oligolectic and polylectic cavity-nesting bees

This dataset includes raw sequencing files and the accompanying bioinformatics scripts with the parameters used to deconvolute and quality control data. The bioinformatics scripts were written to be run on a supercomputer, so some adaptation may be needed to upload programs or software. This dataset also includes sample information for the accompanying samples from the study including habitat conditions at the sites from which samples were collected.
