To investigate the function of CCDC137 in the regulation of gene expression, we established CCDC137-overexpressing and CCDC137-knockdown cells.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of CCDC137-overexpressing and CCDC137-knockdown cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of mRNA-seq data from CCDC137-overexpressing cells, CCDC137-knockdown cells and their specific control cells.
