CircRNA transcripts showing significantly altered expression in both locus and sample level analyses. Normalised circRNA and canonical RNA junction read counts in all control sample replicates are shown, together with average abundance ratio (circRNA junction frequency/canonical junction frequency), genomic co-ordinates, and circbase i.d.s where available. The most significant p-values obtained in each group of pair-wise t-tests (sample DE and locus DE) are also shown for each transcript.
