These volumes contain clippings from the Government Gazette relating to the sale of, or tenders for, improvement and inferior lands leases. The following information is given: division and land district, number of block, county, parish, approximate area, upset annual rent per block, survey fee and costs, character and value of improvements, character of land (soil, timber, water supply, nearest town, situation, locality etc. and distance therefrom) and shire.
