This dataset comprises transcriptomic, chromatin accessibility, and histone modification profiles from multiple populations of the appendicularian Oikopleura dioica. The project aims to explore regulatory variation and chromatin state diversity across geographically distinct populations, with a focus on understanding transcriptional regulation, chromatin accessibility, and histone modification landscapes in this highly divergent tunicate. Data were generated from adult and/or developmental stage samples collected from multiple populations (Osaka, Okinawa, Barcelona). The dataset includes: RNA-seq: Transcriptome profiling to quantify gene expression differences among populations. CAGE: Transcriptome profiling for transcription start sites ATAC-seq: Chromatin accessibility mapping to identify regulatory elements and open chromatin regions. CUT&Tag: Histone modification mapping (H3K27ac, H3K4me3 and H3K27me3)
