GBS data for largely Central-European commercial common snap bean cultivars and landraces

The dataset comprises demultiplexed fastq-file of the barcoded reads from GBS for single common bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). The DNA (200 ng) was digested with PstI and MspI and processed for GBS library construction essentially as described previously (Wendler et al. 2014). Equimolar pools of the individually barcoded (unique dual indexes) samples were sequenced (Illumina NovaSeq 6000, XP workflow, 1 x 107 cycles, single read, one lane) using a custom sequencing primer.
