Anonymised stakeholder interview transcripts for realist programme theory development in a CBT-based stress management intervention

This record contains two anonymised stakeholder interview transcripts underlying the development of the initial programme theory reported in "Eliciting a Realist Programme Theory: A CBT-Based Stress Management Intervention for Work-Related Stress in a Danish Occupational Health Setting". Direct identifiers and selected indirect identifiers have been removed or generalised prior to public sharing. The files are provided as supporting qualitative source material for transparency and secondary scholarly scrutiny.
