<font color='#000000' face='Calibri, sans-serif' size='3'>A polygon feature representing either an intermittent stream or a wetland that does not satisfy the criteria of an RPA. This identification is mandated through the Chesapeake Bay Program requirements and the City's Environmental Management Ordinance (Article XIII). This represents a 50 foot requirement for a natively vegetated buffer adjacent these sensitive areas. Impervious surfaces are prohibited in this buffer area except under special circumstances.</font>
