Effect of overexpression of miR130a-3p and miR130b-3p on gene expression on mesenchymal stem cells

To investigate the reprogramming roles of miR130a-3p and miR130b-3p on mesenchymal stem cells, we transefected miRNA minics to overexpress them. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from total RNA-seq of 3 different treatment after 3 days transfection. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data regulated by miR130a-3p or miR-130b-3p in mesenchymal stem cells (miR130a-3p and miR130b-3p).
