Fusarium graminearum field populations from the Americas

The objectives of this study were to define population structure of Fusarium graminearum samples from North American, and then for the major populations identified, study patterns of linkage disequilibrium decay, model demographic history, and scan for regions with patterns consistent with recent natural selection.
