资源简介:
We observe greenhouse gas fluxes such as CO2 emitted from the soil in the forests of the Shirakami Mountains, where native beech trees grow in Aomori Prefecture, a World Heritage site. This observation site is located in an area with heavy snowfall, with snow depths of more than 4 meters at times. A meteorological observation tower has been built. Here, in addition to general meteorological elements (temperature, humidity, wind direction, wind speed, precipitation, snow depth, and solar radiation), the balance of heat, water, and CO2 exchanged between the forest and the atmosphere is also measured. The turbulent fluxes of sensible heat, latent heat, CO2 were measured using the eddy covariance system.
