Genes involved in trastuzumab response were identified using transcriptomic data from cells hypersensitive to trastuzumab derived from BT474. Overall design: RNA from trastuzumab-hypersensitive clone (BTSH) was isolated and cRNA was hybridized to HuGene 2.0 ST microarrays. Raw.CEL files were normalized using Expression Console 1.4 and differential gene expression analysis was performed with Transcription Analysis Console 4.0 and transcriptomic data previously published (GSE119397). Three biological replicates were analyzed.
