Breast cancer metastasis to gynecological organs is an understudied pattern of tumor spread. We explored clinico-pathologic and molecular features of these metastases to better understand this unique pattern of dissemination. Overall design: Copy number profiles were compared between primary breast cancers and the ovarian metastases to understand clonal evolution during progression to these sites.
