Bulk RNA-sequencing of sorted CD8 T cell subsets from recent-onset T1D subjects treated with alefacept Overall design: Frozen PBMC from 4 samples (3 subjects; 1 with sample from both week 52 and 104 post-treatment) were FACS sorted into populations of interest and analyzed by bulk RNA-sequencing. Sorted populations included: PD1+/-, CD57+/-, KLRG1+/TIGIT+ (DP), and KLRG1-/TIGIT- (DN).
