Induced pluripotent stem cells were gene edited to introduce heterozygous (promoter deletion, start site deletion, and exon 27 frameshift) and homozygous (exon 27 frameshift) mutations. iPSCs were differentiated into cardiomyocytes for transcriptome analysis. Overall design: iPSCs from each genotype were differentiated into cardiomyocytes, purified by SIRPA magnetic bead sorting, and samples collected at day ~30. 5 samples (including at least 3 differentiation batches) were collected for each genotype.
