An Excel dataset of all cases referencing the US Federal Constitutional Convention in 1787. The data includes list of cases, what sources were referenced, quotes from the opinions, and historical method used in constitutional interpretation. There are other individual sheets that explain the methodology of codes used to identify how the convention was referenced as well as a list of citations to convention records sources.
