Spatial Transcriptomics Dataset from Mouse Colon Tissue with Colitis-Associated Tumors

This dataset contains pre-processed CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager data from mouse colon tissue. CosMx spatial molecular imaging of FFPE of colonic tissue from DR3+/- and DR3-/- Rag1-/- mice following AOM/DSS (Het n= 5; KO n= 5). Data include expression matrices, spatial coordinates, segmentation masks, and metadata linking field-of-view (FOV) identifiers to genotype. This dataset supports downstream analyses such as cell type clustering, differential gene expression, and spatial mapping.
