Virome of different mosquito species in northern Senegal ; Raw sequence reads. Virome of the mosquito Aedes vexans in the Ferlo region of Senegal

Sequences generated through meta-transcriptomics from non-engorged females of three mosquito species : Culex poicilipes, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Aedes vexans. Individuals were collected in northern Senegal in 2014 and 2015. Between one and three pools of females were sequenced per site (3), per year (2) and per species (3). Pools contained approximately between 100 and 8700 individuals per pool.
