Targeting multi-source heterogeneous data acquired from physical engineering inspection and monitoring, as well as full-scale tests—including static and dynamic sensing data, annual inspection records, maintenance data, and spatio-temporal characteristics of typical disturbances in pavement diseases—a multi-level identification and restoration scheme was developed to handle the disturbance mechanisms of numerical and image-based data.
