RNA sequencing of leaf and root in melon (Cucumis melo L.) in response to melon root exudates (mimic autotoxicity)

Melon root exudates as one kind of autotoxicity, affected continuous cultivation resulting in reduced growth and poor fruit quality. A large-scale RNA sequencing helped to characterize the autotoxicity mechanism of melon.
