Quantifying the impact of the food we eat on species extinctions supplementary dataset

Feed and food provenance and impacts as calculated via the methods described in the manuscript. Provenance values are in tons. The column 'Value' represents the portion of the item (and animal product) combination consumed within the country that originates in the country ISO3 label in the column 'Country_ISO'. Biodiversity impacts per-kilogram are contained in the column 'bd_opp_cost'.

Note that producer and consumer country codes, and item and animal product codes align with the FAOSTAT standards.
