Human and mouse gut metagenome upon fecal microbiota transplantation

In this study, we performed fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in a human microbiota-associated rodent model using human fecal materials obtained from human donors. Fecal materials were transplanted individually into C57BL/6J mice without pooling. Shotgun metagenomic sequencing was performed for microbiome analysis in pre-FMT and post-FMT groups.
