Large-scale simulation of the mouse cortex reveals firing patterns emerging from the interplay of network connectivity and neuronal dynamics

hemisphere_675K_neuron_info_clean.csv contains the neuronal information we used in the manuscript to create the connectome; Isocortex_hemisphere_675K_rho299_new.h5 is the resulting connectome by applying the algorithm described in the manuscript to the .csv file.
