Are findings of key insect metrics generalizable across different taxa in Malaise trap samples?

The data here were used to examine inter-relationships between different insect community components based on insects collected using Malaise traps placed in 4 sites in the Rhine-Main-Observatory in Germany. Here, we provide information on insect biomass, abundance, richness, and habitat characteristics (including flowering plants) collected during 2019, 2020, and 2021. Further data information is provided in the "README.txt" file.
