Data linked to the published manuscript : The 3D nuclear conformation of the major histocompatibility complex changes upon cell activation both in porcine and human macrophages

Various data files for: (i) the analysis of 3D nuclear organization of three regions (class I, II and III) of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in porcine and in human macrophages, (ii) the analysis of the expression level of genes targeting each of the three MHC class both in pigs and in humans. Two states were investigated (resting and LPS-activated macrophages).
