资源简介:
Oxytropis neimonggolica C. W. Chang & Y. Z. Zhao 1981 is an endemic medicinal plant in China. However, its systematic position within the genus Oxytropis DC. remains controversial, which greatly limits the development and utilization of its medicinal value. The analysis of the chloroplast genome can provide effective guidance for solving taxonomic problems and the development and utilization of resources in plants. Therefore, we employed the Illumina paired-end sequencing platform to sequence, assemble, and annotate the chloroplast genome of O. neimonggolica, and analyzed its systematic significance. The results revealed that the chloroplast genome of O. neimonggolica spans a total length of 122,163 bp, exhibiting a GC content of 34.27%. This chloroplast genome encodes a total of 117 genes, which encompass 85 protein-coding genes, 28 tRNA genes, and 4 rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the genus Oxytropis is a monophyletic group, and the genus Oxytropis and Astragalus form a sister group. Also, the results support the view that O. neimonggolica is closely related to Oxytropis diversifolia Pet. -Stib.
