Forward image registration for higher level interpretation of zircon provenance based on combined CL, U/Pb age and geochemical data: Short dataset

The dataset contains the files required to run Step 3 (manual spot placement) in QuPath using zircon grain grids (from microscopy experiments) as described in the paper: Marco A. To quickly reproduce Step 3, download the dataset and QuPath and update the image file paths. Similar short datasets (or instructions to access the full dataset) can be provided for reproducing the rest of the steps described in Supplementary Material A and B.
