Adopting the "Electricity-Energy-Carbon" technical pathway, this dataset correlates indicators including enterprises' energy utilization efficiency, carbon footprint and carbon emissions with their green and low-carbon development levels. It forges a complete pathway linking enterprise power consumption, production and operation, carbon emission calculation and green financial services, thereby enabling government departments to implement intelligent governance for the "Dual Carbon" strategy, financial institutions to issue green loans, and enterprises to secure green low-interest funds, among other application scenarios.
