Proteins selectively identified in GlcNAlk samples by mass spectrometry. Data was considered high confidence (Table S1) if the number of assigned spectra was at least 10-fold greater for GlcNAlk samples compared with DMSO control samples. Further, the protein must have been identified with spectral counts greater than or equal to 5. Data was considered medium confidence (Table S2) if the number of assigned spectra was at least 2 fold greater for GlcNAlk samples than DMSO control samples. Further, the protein must have been identified with spectral counts greater than or equal to 2. Bolded proteins were not identified previously as O-GlcNAc modification target. (DOCX)
