The third generation transcriptome sequenceing of Kosteletzkya pentacarpos

In this study, we evaluated the molecular tolerance mechalism of Kosteletzkya pentacarpos under saline and alkali stress. The third generation transcriptome was sequenced, and the key genes were found by comparison with the second generation transcriptome. The full-length cDNA sequence was used to analyse funciton and to find the mechanism of saline-alkali tolerance forKosteletzkya pentacarpos .
