Dataset and Code for: Physics-informed AI unmasks functional green illusion and hidden biomass tipping points in global semi-arid grasslands

This repository contains the spatiotemporal reconstruction of global semi-arid grassland dynamics derived from the Physics-Informed Multimodal Transformer (PIMT) model. By integrating multi-source remote sensing data (MODIS, SMAP, OCO-2 SIF) with atmospheric forcing (ERA5), the PIMT model reconstructs ecosystem states constrained by eco-hydrological conservation laws.
