Reproducibility pack for Thermal Farley-Buneman Instability paper by the people listed as creators and contributors here. (Paper is currently in review; planning to include a link here if accepted and published.) This repro pack is sufficient to generate all plots and some (all?) computed values (discussed in the text of the paper) in the first submitted version of our paper. Includes simulation input decks, output files, and python codes used for analysis. Also includes plots_output_reference which shows the plots created when we ran the python code. Required codes to use this material: python>=3.9. See code_README.txt for detailed installation instructions. See code/frozen_package_list.txt for the full list of package versions used. The code directory includes the versions of atom_py, helita, and plasmacalcs which were used here. All other packages should be available directly through pypi, via pip install.  See data_README.txt for detailed descriptions of data contents. You can also use the zenodo file browser to view files before downloading. See also: (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.14989733) which contains an updated repro pack, for the second submitted version of our paper. (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.13935187) which contains a subsampled version of the 3D simulations. Not required in any way by the TFBIcomp_repro_pack. Optional.
