Raw counts and phenodata from RNA-Seq of MV3 and A2058 melanoma spheroids (human metastatic cell lines) treated with extracellular vesicles (EVs) from platelets activated by collagen related peptide (CRP), fucoidan from Fucus vesiculosus (FFV), thrombin and collagen (TC) and calcium ionophore (Ca) for 6 h and 24 h. A2058 RNA-seq was performed only with CRP platelet-derived EVs (PEVs) and FFV PEVs. 4 biological replicates were used for each RNA-seq and comparisons were made with untreated spheroids.
